What happens

We usually begin with some lively worship. You may not recognise all of the songs. Vineyard music is known for being contemporary and dynamic so, for instance, we have a band rather than a choir with an organ. While most of our music has a pop/rock feel, we do sometimes sing hymns. Even if the music is unfamiliar, we hope you enjoy this part of our time together.

After the worship, we usually take an offering, though we encourage our visitors not to give, but rather, just enjoy themselves as our guests. After this, there'll be a few, short announcements and then one of our leaders will begin to speak. The messages last somewhere around 30 minutes, and the intention is to make them relevant and interesting.

After the message, whoever's speaking usually prays, briefly, along the lines of what's just been said and, if you're interested, there will be the opportunity to receive further prayer from a team of people trained in praying for others.

Those who don't want prayer can enjoy more coffee & doughnuts ......
